The Borrowing Bride is a Denver-based, Women-Owned wedding decor rental and planning company offering services for the modern couple. Our goal is to help make the planning process easier, more efficient, and affordable by providing decor and services in a convenient way.
Couples have the ability to search for, view, and add items to their Wishlist directly from the website. Adding items to your wishlist and submitting the rental request does not require any type of payment or secure the rental items for your event date. After submission, we will reach out to you to confirm the items you have requested (and make any modifications as needed), discuss options for pick-up or delivery, and answer any questions you may have. Next, we will create a price quote for you to review.
The Borrowing Bride offers in-person pick up or delivery of your rental items. With many couples erring on DIY-style weddings, our mission is to meet you where you are with what you need.

Sydney
Owner, Designer, & Hype Girl.
Sydney was born and raised in Torrington, Wyoming, a small farm town in the middle of nowhere. After trying a few different colleges, she and her high school sweetheart and now husband, Tyler, packed up and moved to Colorado and have never looked back. Sydney graduated from Colorado State University in 2017 and pursued a career in sports working for The Colorado Rockies. In December of 2022, Sydney was ready for something new and found a passion for all things weddings while planning her own, with the help of Kelsey. When The Borrowing Bride was presented to her, she couldn't pass up the opportunity to own her own company with one of her best friends and be in the wedding industry. Sydney and her husband have 2 dogs, Dizzy and Jayne, whom they treat like their own children, and currently reside in Denver, Colorado. In Sydney's free time, she enjoys golfing and traveling with Tyler and the dogs. Sydney cannot wait to help make your day special and be your biggest hype girl through the whole process!
